Ngapali Beach - Ngapali is the leading beach resort on the western coast of Myanmar. It is located on the Rakhine Coast near Thandwe ( Sandoway), Ngapali is one of the beautiful beaches in Myanmar. This unspoilt beach is 35 minute flight from Yangon. By overland, 14 hour drive along the narrow winding road over the Rakhine Yoma( mountain range ) after crossing the Ayeyarwaddy River at Pyay (Prome). There is an 18-hole Golf course, located 15 minute drive from the beach. A wide choice of hotels from first-class Bay View Hotel and Sadoway Beach Resort to standard Ngapali beach, and sliver Beach. The high season is from October to May. It seems to have long been appreciated by Europeans. With a climate of 29'C in Summer and 21'C in coldest month. Chaungtha Beach - Chaungtha is located 40km to the Pathein (Bassein) in Ayeyarwaddy Division. It is a very convenient drove from Yangon via Pathien taking about 5 hours. There are bungalow type hotels along the beach with modern facilities.

Kan Thaya Beach - Located 290 km from Yangon near Gwa on the Rakhine Coast. Kanthaya Beach is accessible by an 8 hour drive from Yangon over forested mountain road.

Ngwe Saung Beach - Open in year 2000, 242 km from Yangon, 8 hour drive to get there. One of the longest beautiful sand beach in Myanmar. This unspoilt beach stretches 15 km of white sand and blue sea. There are newly constructed bungalows with local flavour but equipped with modern facilities,. Fringed with palm trees, all hotel face the beach.
